Delivery Notice

Dear All Customers,

Recently, for year 2012, there had been a few cases of reported lost local mails by Singpost normal mail. While we do our best to help in the tracing of the mail, we will need to highlight that with no tracking number, the chances of Singpost finding lost mails are rare.

We do recommend for customers to use Registered Mail if possible for a safer delivery, which is at an additional $2.50. In the event of any lost mails, we will be able to check using the tracking number provided by Singpost. Tracking numbers are provided to all customers who chose registered post, and you can also check the status of delivery from the Singpost website, or thru their hotline at 1605. Please note that sending thru Normal mail will be at buyer's own risk.
